S. B. “David” Shrestha, M.S.C.E., P.E., R.P.L.S.
David founded Texas Engineering & Surveying in 2012 and leads its engineering and surveying work. He is a licensed professional engineer and a registered professional land surveyor in Texas, with more than 30 years of experience in structural engineering and land surveying.
Before founding TES, he led the civil and structural engineering and land surveying department of a San Antonio engineering firm for 16 years, designing post-tensioned foundations and wind bracing for national home builders and managing subdivision platting, ALTA surveys and final surveys. Earlier in his career he designed bridges in San Antonio and Atlanta.
He holds a master’s degree in civil (structural) engineering from Texas A&M University and an engineering degree in bridges and tunnels, with honors, from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute.
