Two street designs for the market section (Chhapkaiya Ch 1+500 to Ghantaghar Ch 4+000), 25 m and 30 m wide, as alternatives to the government’s 50 m right-of-way. Prepared pro bono by Texas Engineering & Surveying, Inc. for the residents of Birgunj Main Road.

25 m Option: the narrowest complete street
A 1.2 m raised median, a 3.5 m general lane and a 4.65 m shared bus and bicycle lane each way, with trees and a 2.4 m walkway. Takes 4.0 m from each frontage.
